What if there was a car that does not require gas, creates its own electricity, may charge power back to the grid and is available right now?
HumanCar® Inc has created a new model dubbed the Imagine_PS™ NEV (or Neighborhood Electric Vehicle). The ‘PS’ stands for power station as it generates electricity and may be charged to and from any outlet, “NEV” is a term which means it may be used legally in off-highway or ‘neighborhood’ areas. CNN has shown the Imagine_PS™ creating enough electricity to run a computer for hours from a fit team of four in a few minutes. The magazine Popular Science last month featured the company “showing the way” to major auto companies in the sustainable transportation field. The company views the current auto crisis as a unique opportunity for growth as well as meeting the challenges of climate change and resource dependence.

Chuck Greenwood CEO of HumanCar Inc had this to say;
There is a great opportunity for new vehicles to fill demand. We as a society need to see more actual product versus the current vaporware and messaging. We are building and testing Imagine_PS™ neighborhood electric vehicles right now. President Obama has asked us all to take the initiative and build change from the root level up and we have been quietly waiting for this moment . An entire line of exotic HC vehicles and products exist; fully manual versions, advanced 189mph research race cars and small home power generation units all designed and manufactured by HumanCar Inc. We are simply focusing on the Imagine_PS™ right now because it’s a car that solves so many critical problems at once.
Neighborhood Electric Vehicles are limited to 35mph on average in the USA and more than 70% of the world population may utilize smaller radius/lower speed transportation solutions from NEVs like the Imagine_PS™.

The vehicle uses human power as well as electric motors and may be used as a backup power generation unit. The Imagine_PS™ NEV is made of aluminum like an airplane and has regenerative brakes, dual electric motors and an advanced chassis design, patented by HumanCar Inc.
The company is taking reservations via its website and has posted an “Open invite for a demonstration to President Obama” on YouTube and other portals.
The concept for the car took place 40 years ago by Chief Scientist/Engineer Charles Samuel Greenwood P.S. who recently demonstrated over 1.1hp (850+watts) output on the HumanCar® Power Station for SBS TV from Seoul Korea.
“Perception is gradual. When the first prototype in this series hit the road, gas cost 32.9 cents per gallon. You can imagine that large corporations are scared to death of radical change, even though it involves enormous opportunity. Ironically, it is the shift in world reality that now makes thirty plus years of development timely” says Mr. Greenwood.
