L’Atelier Renault on the Champs-Elysées is presenting a special exhibition dedicated to electric vehicles starting on Friday November 6. For the first time in France, the four electric concept cars that preview Renault’s range of zero-emission vehicles, set for launch in 2011, will be revealed to the general public.
Unveiled in a world first at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, Twizy Z.E, Zoe Z.E., Fluence Z.E. and Kangoo Z.E. are making an exceptional 10-day appearance at L’Atelier Renault on the Champs-Elysées.
The general public will get to discover the stars from Frankfurt that will inaugurate Renault’s Z.E. range in less than two years’ time. Marketed at an affordable price, lower or equal to that of a diesel-powered equivalent, these four models will address a range of uses and satisfy a broad array of consumer needs.
L’Atelier Renault will also be turning the spotlight on the technology behind the cars, providing visitors with a close-up look at the motor of an electric vehicle and information on various development solutions. Three recharge systems are also on show, together with an intelligent navigation system that will be fitted on the entire zero-emission range.
Alongside these displays covering the ins and outs of electric vehicle technology, L’Atelier Renault will be organizing special activities that give visitors a chance to learn more about electric vehicles and test their knowledge, while having a good time.
Open daily from 10:30 am to 2:30 am (and to 12:30 am on Sundays and Mondays), L’Atelier Renault organizes special events year-round on Renault and the latest Renault news. It also features a boutique where visitors can find brand merchandising. With its footbridges and mezzanine overlooking the exhibition space, L’Atelier Renault also has a bar restaurant for a relaxing lunch or dinner on the world’s most beautiful avenue. Lunch and dinner specials start at €19.90, while brunch, served on Sunday, is available at €22. A Hot Spot WiFi service is provided.
