Honda is unveiling its 3R-C all electric concept vehicle in Geneva, alongside the EV-N concept which is makiing its European debut at the show. Both the three-wheeled 3R-C concept, which envisions a single occupant vehicle for zero emission commuting, and the EV-N urban concept, draw on Honda’s vast working knowledge of vehicles utilizing electric motors.
Tesla Motors, producer of the world’s only highway-capable EV, is now offering the option of leasing their all electric Roadster and Roaster Coupe. The new program will allow customers to take immediate delivery of a new 2010 Roadster or Roadster Sport with a three year, 30,000 mile contract.
The BMW Group is developing BMW Plant Leipzig to produce an electric vehicle and making additional investments in a number of facilities in Bavaria.
